Orza is built for everyday home use and comes with a 1 Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal domestic usage conditions. In the unlikely event of a product issue, our support team will assist with repair or replacement based on the nature of the problem.

We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy for products received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. To be eligible, the product must be unused and returned with original packaging, accessories, invoice, and warranty card intact. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper electrical supply or commercial usage. Products used outside intended household applications may not qualify for warranty support.
